‘On the House’ | Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is H&C TV Limited (“H&C” or “Horse & Country”), registered in England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals who are aged 18 years or over at the time of the draw and hold an active, paid H&C+ subscription at the time of the draw.
Employees of H&C, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
The prize draw is open worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by local laws or regulations.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure participation is permitted in their country of residence.
3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary beyond holding a valid H&C+ subscription.
All eligible H&C+ members are automatically entered into each monthly prize draw.
Only one entry per eligible member per monthly draw is permitted.
4. Prize
Each month, one winner will receive £100 (or local currency equivalent).
The prize will be awarded via bank transfer or an alternative agreed payment method (e.g. PayPal), at H&C’s discretion.
No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or substitution will be offered except where necessary due to circumstances beyond H&C’s control.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each month.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each calendar month.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their H&C+ account.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, H&C reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that H&C may publish their first name and general location (e.g. town/city and/or country) for the purpose of announcing the winner of the prize draw.
If a winner objects to this, they should notify H&C at the time of prize acceptance. In such cases, H&C may still be required to share winner details with relevant regulatory authorities upon request.
8. Subscription Requirement
Entrants must hold an active H&C+ subscription at the time of the draw to be eligible.
Members who cancel their subscription prior to the draw date will not be eligible for that month’s prize.
9. Liability
H&C accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues.
H&C accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with H&C’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw unless consent is given for other uses.
11. General
H&C reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
H&C reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms.
This promotion is intended to be a free prize draw and does not constitute a lottery.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, although local mandatory laws may apply.
